HR Payroll Specialist

Job Overview

Responsible for HR data management, employee onboarding, probation confirmations, labor compliance, payroll management, exit processes, and general HR duties. Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Verify Employee data for joining, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits in manual sheets and HRMS Software
• Update Inputs for payroll processing (resignation, increment, promotion, deductions)
• Send confirmation mail to the unit for salary Input details
• Notify Reporting Managers of probation completion
• Check Govt's new formats/forms, minimum wage revision
• Adhere to Leave & Attendance Policy
• Follow up for challans (ESIC, PF, PT, LWF)
• Verify & Share exit employees' details & documents for F& F calculation
• Resolve salary & F& F queries/issues
• Issue experience certificate and relieving letter
• Ensure PF withdrawal forms submission & tracker update
• Conform to all policies, procedures, and standards
