Deliver high-quality service to individuals (managers and employees) and contribute to the long-term development of the HR function, ensuring consistent high-level customer care. Provide effective and efficient work output to meet role demands and support all aspects of Human Resources Department operations.

• Competent in building and managing interpersonal relationships across all company levels

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and administer company Payroll shared services, ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery and overall administration
• Manage time-bound processes, validate data accuracy (e.g., Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns)
• Meet timelines for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Administer Employee Benefits, including reimbursements adhering to income tax rules
• Handle MIS and Analytics for payroll and employee benefits, standardizing reports for decision-making
• Verify and reconcile monthly payroll, calculate and deposit TDS on salaries
• Prepare and submit Quarterly and Annual TDS returns
• Publish monthly Payroll Dashboard and ensure monthly payroll provisions to Finance
